Nothing Ear (1) Earbuds Launched With ANC And 34 Hours Of Battery Life!

The Nothing Ear (1) Earbuds have finally launched globally after a year of the company launch. This launch of earbuds is a new beginning for the former OnePlus Co-Founder Carl Pei, who left OnePlus company last year. Since the announcement of Nothing back in October 2020, the company had a positive engagement with the investors like Tony Fadell (Principal at Future Shape and Inventor of the iPods), Casey Neistat ( YouTube Personality), Kevin Lin ( Co-Founder of Twitch), and Steve Huffman (Founder and CEO of Reddit).
Nothing company had announced earlier the price tag of Nothing Ear (1) at Rs.5,999 and also said that it will be sold via Flipkart in India. The Nothing Ear (1) will be going on sale on August 17. This earbuds is a straight competition to the popular buds like Samsung Galaxy Buds+,Oppo Enco W51 and OnePlus Buds Z.

Let’s talk about specifications, The Nothing Ear (1) will have active noise cancellation and the earbuds features 11.6 dynamic drivers that are relatively larger than the TWS buds in the market. As I said before it supports ANC, and comes with a Bluetooth v5.2 for connectivity with both Android and iOS devices. So, there are two modes which allows users to adjust the ANC levels. First is ‘Light Mode’ which meant for moderate noise cancellation and the ‘Maximum Mode’ is for noisier surroundings that can filter out up to 40dB. To regain the Normal mode, users can activate the Transparency mode by a tap and hold gesture on the stem.
The company have said that, Nothing Ear (1) buds uses clear voice technology to ensure loud and clear audio during phone calls. There is a option for customizing the buds via the Ear 1 app, which is on it’s way to Google Play Store.
Nothing Ear (1) comes with a ‘find my earbud’ feature, which will enable users to locate their earbuds when they misplace the buds. In terms of battery, the earbuds are touted to offer 5.7 hours of battery and 34 hours of total playtime with the case. The users can easily get around 24hrs of battery with ANC. The charging case supports wireless charging and for wired option we have a Type-C port. It has IPX4 rating feature which will protect from dust and water resistant.
